Director General of HELN Deplu Soemadi DM Brotodiningrat (right) held the Japanese Dubes Taizo Watanabe to his vehicle as the signing of the nota diplomatic nota concerning the grant of the Japanese government worth 877 million yen (about Rp.17,5 billion) in Jakarta, Thursday (27/3/1997).
