President of BJ Habibie was headed by Panitia Pamilihan Indonesia (PPI) Jakob Tobing when receiving the national final sound counting results from the Chairman of the General Selection Commission (KPU) Rudini when inventing the State Head along the Vice Chairman of KPU Adnan Buyung Nasution at Merdeka Palace, Jakarta, Monday (26/7/1999).
