JAKARTA, 4/10 - OVERNING. The President of the Golkar Akbar Tanjung Party (left) gave a welcome speech to Amien Rais as the Chairman of MPR RI period 1999 - 2004 in the DPR RI Parliament Building Senayan, Jakarta, Monday (4/10/1999). The agenda of the trial was later passed by the election of the chairman of the DPR with several strong candidates such as the Akbar Tanjung (Golkar), Hamzah Haz (PPP) and Yusril Ihza Mahendra (PBB).
