JAKARTA, 31/1 - MACET TERUS. Hundreds of cars were stuck in traffic jams on Jalan Sudirman Jakarta, Tuesday (30/1/1996) afternoon. This jam starts from the city area to Blok M, Kebayoran Baru and occurs daily. jakarta is a day-time balloon "rise" because almost everyone flows to the capital while in the afternoon they return to the outskirts.
