Pangab General TNI Feisal Tanjung became the inspector of the ceremony when inaugurating the KRI of Manado Bay and KRI Soputan in the Dermaga Samudra Bitung, North Sulawesi, Friday (27/9/1996). Both KRIs are also under the Minahasa custom by Feisal Tanjung as Tonaas Wangko Tu'a Um Banua (the main leader in the field to ABRIan) in a ritual event.
