Mutia Hatta reads the archipelnce of the determination of the Nation and the State in the campus page of the University of INdonesia, Salemba Jakarta, Wednesday (28/10/1998). Ikrar was read by the first daughter of Proklamator (alm) Mohammad Hatta on the Youth Sumpah day, among others reminded the Indonesian youth to continue striving to achieve total reform goals.
