Former Kapolda Timtim, Brigjen Pol Timbul Silaen accompanied by members of the TNI Perwira Human Rights Advocacy team, Tommy Sihotang, Chandra Motik and Bob Nainggolan was examined the members of KPP HAM Todung Mulya Lubis, Nursyahbani Katjasungkana and Zumrotin in Komnas HAM Jakarta, Tuesday (28/12/1999).
