Pangkostrad Letjen TNI Ryamizard Ryacudu observes the diopong (binocular) a number of members of the Intai Security Pelleton (Tontaikam) who held a sea fight in the waters of Pondok Dayung, Jakarta, Tuesday (26/6/2001).
