Book launching and opening of Snouck Hurgronje photo exhibition

Visitors see the photo exhibited when the book launch and the biography exhibition Snouck Hurgronje in the National Library, Jakarta, Saturday (13/5/2023). KITLV-Jakarta/University Leiden cooperated with the National Library of the Republic of Indonesia, Yayasan Pustaka Obor, and the ANTARA Journalistic Photo Gallery launched the book of the master's works of the University of Leiden, the Netherlands Wim van den Doel translated from its original version in the Dutch language telling the history of the historical figures Snouck Hurgronje "Admired and Despised: the Life and Works of Snouck Hurgronje".
