Release of the controlled turtle child weather in Ternate
The conservation manager, Bahar Kaidati cleans the temporary shelter bank containing a tapic or green turtle child (Chelonia mydas) who are new to hatch in the Conservation of Penyu Ori Mafala, Ternate City, North Maluku, Wednesday (17/5/2023). A total of 56 tapic tails can not be released by the Ori Mafala Group to the sea since the last four days, due to adventurous weather and high waves as it can increase the risk of death to the sea turtle child.
