Chairman of the Cambodian SEA Games Organizer Committee (CAMSOC) Tea Banh (right) submitted the flag of the SEA Games (SEAGF) to the President of the Thai Olympic Committee (NOCT) General Prawit Wongsuwan (left) at the closing event of the SEA Games 2023 Cambodia in the Morodok Techo National Stadium, Phnom Penh, Cambodia, Wednesday (17/5/2023).
