Modern Plaza Ganighta Building in Ternate mangkrak

A citizen crosses inside the Modern Plaza Ganighta Building that has not been functioned in Ternate City, North Maluku, Saturday (20/5/2023). The building belongs to the Ternate City Government, which was inaugurated on February 15, 2021 and using the APBD fund of Rp90 billion to date has not been functioned for the shopping center because the rental of the building reached Rp6 billion per year so it was less demanded by third parties.ANTARA PHOTO/Andri Saputra/aww.
