Case demands of Jasindo corruption

The case of the corruption of Jasindo Budi Tjahjono followed the hearing demands in the Tipikor Court, Jakarta, Wednesday (31/5/2023). In the hearing Budi Tjahjono was edited 7 years of prison plus the fine of Rp1 billion subsider 6 months of the rate plus the obligation of paying a refund worth Rp27, billion, while the two other charged Kiagus Emil Fahmy Cornain charged 6 years of prison plus the fine amount of Rp500 million subsider 5 months and Solihah was required prison for 5 years and 6 months of prison plus the fine of Rp500 million subsider 5 months of the curungan.
