Komandan Unifil Mayjen Paolo Serra (Italia) said that the title of Komandan East Sector Unifil from Brigjen Fernando Guitierrez Diaz de Otazu (Spanish) to Brigjen Herrero (Spanish) conducted a review to Temporary Observation Post (TmOP) 36 in the Alphard Compi Operation Area (A) Indobatt, Monday (13/2).
