TRADITIONAL BUTOKA MANUFACTURERS

KEDIRI, 14/2 - PRODUSEN TAPIOKA TRADISIONAL. Two female workers filter the solution of Singkong in the process of making Tapioca flour in Tarokan, Kediri, East Java, Tuesday (14/2). At Tarokan - Kediri there are about 100 Butoka’s home industry that still uses traditional ways with human resources services. In the process of making flours, two workers every day are able to squeeze and filter 12 quiries of the lion dough and they get a daily wage of Rp 20.000 per person. ANTARA/Arief Priyono/ed/pd/12
