MANADO,18/2 - CORBAN EVACUATION. A member of the National Sar Agency (Basarnas) conducts evacuation to one of the victims of accidents on exercises with Medical First Responder and Road Accident Rescue in Manado, North Sulawesi, Saturday (18/2). The joint exercise between Basarnas and Ties Off-Road Federation (IOF) Manado’s discharging aims to train the readiness and cooperation of both institutions in conducting humanitarian mission.
