MANADO,18/2 - SAR-IOF TRAINING. A member of the National Sar Agency (Basarnas) prepares evacuation to victims of accidents on exercises with Medical First responder and Road Accident Rescue in Manado, North Sulawesi, Saturday (18/2). The joint exercise between Basarnas and Ties Off-Road Federation (IOF) Manado’s discharging aims to train the readiness and cooperation of both institutions in conducting humanitarian mission.
