BANDA ACEH, 21/2 - THREATEN TO BOYCOTT ELECTION. Hundreds of residents who claimed that their houses were burnt down during Aceh conflicts protest outside the Aceh Representatives Council in Banda Aceh, February 21, 2012. Protesters from Central Aceh, Bener Meriah, and Pidie threatened to boycott the Regional Election on 9 April 2012 if their demand of house reconstruction is not carried out by the government and they criticised the government for creating social conflicts among people for being unjust.
