Suspected of the acquisition of shares of PT Bukit Asam

The suspects of the case of the acquisition of shares at PT Bukit Asam Tbk Syaiful Islam went towards the hawker car undergoing examinations in High Employment (Kejati) of South Sumatra, Palembang, South Sumatra, Wednesday (21/6/2023). South Sumatra’s High Employment set Former Director of Business Development of PT Bukit Asam (PT BA) Tbk Anung Dri Prasetya and Chairman of Syaiful Islam’s acquisition team as suspected of the criminal crime of the acquisition of shares owned by PT Satria Materia Sarana (SBS) by PT BA through PT Bukit Asam Investama (BMI) which is subsidiary of PT Bukit Asam (PT BA) Tbk with total loss of State of Rp100 billion.
