The former Minister of Communication and Informatics Johnny G Plate followed the continued hearing of the case of the corruption provision of the base transceiver station infrastructure (BTS) 4G and the support infrastructure of the package 1.2,3,4 and 5 of BAKTI Kemenkominfo Year 2020 - 2022 in the State Court of Tipikor, Jakarta, Tuesday (11/7/2023). In the hearing it is forced to apply to the judge’s assemblies to reject the entire objection or exepsi filed by Jhonny G Plate and proceed the trial to the test of witness.
