The Government of West Papua Province Power is contributing the Government of Papua Province and the SKALA program (the Indonesian government cooperation - Australia) to run the priorities of development especially the fulfillment of the minimum service standards in supporting the old day protection program for the elderly 65 years old (Paitua) sourced from special autonomy funds (otsus) of Rp250 thousand per month per person.
