Thickening UU Material Test Session

Judg of the Saldi Isra constitution followed the test trial of the Invitation (UUU) No. 7 of 2017 concerning the General Selection with the agenda of listening to the relevant party's information from the Needdem and Gerindra in the Constitutional Court, Jakarta, Tuesday (8/8/2023). The material test field is related to Article 169 letter q Law No. 7 of 2017 which restricts the minimum age of 40 years for the prospective president and prospective vice president was submitted by the Chairman of the DPP Party Solidarity of Indonesia Dedek Prayudi, Chairman of the Party of Garuda Ahmad Ridha Sabana and Secretary General of the Party of Garuda Yohanna Murtika, as well as the Mayor of Bukit Erman Safar and Vice Regent of South Lampung Pandu Kesuma Dewangsa.
