Indonesia’s HUT Transition in Lapas Aceh

The three binaans obtained a confusion letter following the commemoration ceremony of UT to-78 Independence of RI at Lapas Class II A, Banda Aceh, Aceh, Thursday (17/8/2023). The Ministry of Law and Human Azation Rights provides a remission to 175,510 binaans divided in two categories, namely the general remedies of I or a reduction in part of the lasting period as 172.904 narapidana and general remission II or directly free as much as 2.606 narapidana.
