The development plan of the island of Rempang in Batam

Against the plants in their gardens in Sembulang, Rempang Island, Batam, Riau Islands, Monday (21/8/2023). The government plans to develop an area of 17.000 hectares of Rempang Island lands included in the Free Trade Area and Free Port (KPBPB) to become a new economic area with investment value reaching Rp381 trillion to 2080 and is able to absorb labor directly as much as 306,000 people.
