IWIP industrial area in Central Halmahera

Mine workers are near nickel piles in Indonesia Weda Bay Industrial Park (IWIP) in Lelilef Village, Weda District, Central Halmahera District, North ÅMaluku, Friday (1/9/2023). IWIP stands since 30 August 2018 it is the first industrial area integrated in Indonesia to facilitate mineral processing and production of electrical vehicle battery components by operating nickel smelter.
