Increased salt price impact on dry fish production

A number of workers sorted dry teri fish disbursed in Sentra Processing Fisheries and Forestry Department, West Sumatra, Thursday (7/9/2023). The production of dry fish processed in the area has decreased up to 50 percent due to the rise of salt price from Rp100 thousand per 50 kilograms rose to Rp200 thousand to Rp250 thousand per 50 kilograms.
