Kalteng’s Treasury Kanwil relocated the Binaan Pelsyarakatan (WBP) from three Technical Manager Units (UPT) to a new place, namely Class II A Lapas, Class IIA female Lapas and Class IIA Palangka Raya Rutan, to improve service, supervision and protection as well as UPT’s guidance against its residents.
