Fresh milk needs East Java

Cattle milk farmers in Carangwulung Village, Wonosalam District, Jombang Regency, East Java, Wednesday (20/9/2023). According to the Governor of East Java Khofifah Indar Parawansa needs fresh milk daily Milk Processing Industry (IPS) Jatim in normal conditions amounted to 2,000 tons but until now it is newly fulfilled by 1.400 tons or 600 tons deficit, this makes East Java still import dairy industry raw materials in the form of skim milk powder, whole milk powder and full milk powder as many as 342 thousand tons per year.
