KPK Detachable PT Sriwijaya Mandiri Sumsel Perseroda

The President Director of PT Sriwijaya Mandiri Sumsel (SMS) Perseroda Period 2019-2021 Sarimuda (mid) was presented in the conference of determination press and determination suspected at the KPK Red Building, Jakarta, Wes (21/9/2023). Sarimuda is held related to the case of a corruption of cooperation with coal transportation in BUMD belonging to the South Sumatra Provincial Government, PT. SMS Perseroda as a Special Economic Area Manager Agency (BP KEK) Tanjung Api-Api with PT Kereta Api Indonesia (KAI), which causes the financial losses of the country by Rp18 billion.
