ELEPHANT PATROL

ACEH JAYA, 8/3 - ELEPHANT PATROL. Four Sumatran elephants (Elephant maximus sumatranus) patrol near the forest of Cot Dulang village, Aceh Jaya, March 8. 2012. Aceh Jaya's Conservation Response Unit (CRU) has deployed 20 officers and four trained elephants to lead away a pack of wild elephants which had given damage to dozens of hectares of residents' farms in the area.
