BATHING ELEPHANT SUMATERA

ACEH JAYA, 8/3 - WASHING ELEPHANTS. Malhouts wash trained Sumatran elephants (Elephant maximus sumatranus) in the Lambeusoi river, Cot Dulang village, Aceh Jaya, March 8. 2012. Aceh Jaya's Conservation Response Unit (CRU) has deployed 20 officers and four trained elephants to lead away a pack of wild elephants which had given damage to dozens of hectares of residents' farms in the area.
