Former Menkominfo Johnny G Plate (second left) arrived to be witness in the congregation of the case of a 4G BTS corruption with the charged Irwan Hermawan, Galumbang Memak Simanjuntak, and Mukti Ali in the Tipikor Court, Central Jakarta, Wednesday (27/9/2023).
