In the hearing the Judgment examined four witnesses namely Sugiyono and Abdul Jamil (Satpam Gedung Teja Buana), Wagiyono (Satpam Church of Kanisius) and Iteng Waluyo (Anggota Polsek Menteng) relating to the case.
