Sutardjo said speech during the launch of Sail Morotai 2012 in the Ministry of Marine and Fishery, Jakarta, Wednesday night (14/3). The Morotai 2012-themed Sail Activities "Towards the Pacific Regional Economy New Era," which is the continuation of the three previously pioneered activities, namely Sail Bunaken (2009), Sail Banda (2010) and Sail Wakatobi-Belitung (2011) will take place in Morotai with peak events on September 15, 2012.
