Johnny G Plate divonis 15 years prison

Former Minister of Communications and Informatics (Menkominfo) Johnny G Plate (right) blamed the JPU team as a trial of the case of a corruption of the provision of the BTS 4G infrastructure and the supporting infrastructure of the package 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 of the BAKTI Kemenkominfo in 2020 until 2022 in the Tipikor Court, Jakarta, Wednesday (8/11/2023). The judge’s assembly drops the vonis against Johnny G Plate with a 15-year sentence of prison and a fine of Rp1 billion subsider 6 months of exchange as well as additional criminals paying a refund of Rp15,5 billion.
