The use of soil water is required to permit the Ministry of ESDM

The Ministry of Energy Resources and Mineral Resources (ESDM) issued a new rule to society related to the use of groundwater from the well drilled over 100 cubic meters obliged to apply permission from the oldest Ministry of ESDM in the Decree of Minister of ESDM Number 291.K/GL.01/MEM.G in 2023 about the Standard of Land Water Use Approval to maintain the sustainability of underground water resources as well as improve the effectiveness and efficiency in the implementation of water resources use activities.
