Soy price increase impact

Soy cleaning workers when the process of making tempe in one of the home industry in the Middle Debong Village, Tegal, Central Java, Monday (20/11/2023). According to the tempe manufacturer, since the last week the price of soy rose from Rp11.000 to Rp13,000 per kilogram causing them to reduce production from usually one kuintal to 80 kilograms per day.
