Panglima Komando Armada of the Republic of Indonesia (Pangkoarmada RI) Laksamana Madya TNI Herru Kusmanto (center) released the position of Pangkoarmada III of Laksamana Muda TNI Rachmad Jayadi (second right) to be warned to Laksamana Muda TNI Hersan (right) during the ceremony of the title in Mako Koarmada RI, Jakarta, Monday (27/11/2023).
