Panglima Komando Armada of the Republic of Indonesia (Pangkoarmada RI) Laksamana Madya TNI Herru Kusmanto (center) made a command greeting with the Laksamana Muda TNI Rachmad Jayadi (left) and Laksamana Muda TNI Hersan (right) during the ceremony of the title of Pangkoarmada III in Mako Koarmada RI, Jakarta, Monday (27/11/2023).
