The birth of Sumatran Elephants in Bali Zoo

Employees supervised a Sumatran elephant child (Elephas maximus sumatranus) who was just 28 days while with his master in Bali Zoo, Gianyar, Bali, Friday (22/12/2023). The zoo for the second time managed to breed Sumatra’s elephants with the birth of the male elephants named Kama on November 24th, 2023 so that the number of Indonesian-protected endemic animals increased to 15 tails, 4 males and 11 females.
