Former Compliance Officer of PT Bukit Asam (Persero) Tbk Dede Kurniawan (right), former Manager of Main Workshop Julismi (center) and Manager of Acquisition of Managemen Zulfikar Azhar (left) undergoes a hearing as a case witness for the criminals of the acquisition of shares belonging to PT Satria Materia Sarana (SBS) in the Special PN Palembang Klas 1A Tipikor Court, South Sumatra, Monday (15/1/2024). The three witnesses were presented for five Acts namely Former Director of PT Bukit Asam (PTBA) period 2011-2016 Milawarma, Former Director of Business Development of PTBA in 2013 Anung Dri Prasetya, Former Director of PT Satria Materia Sarana R Tjahyono Imawan, Chairman of the acquisition team of Syaiful Islam, Deputy Chairman of the acquisition team Nurtimah Tobing related cases of alleged criminal criminals of the acquisition of shares belonging to PT Satria Materia Sarana (SBS) by PT Bukit Asam Tbk through PT Bukit Asam Investama (BMI) who is a total subsidiary of Rp162 billion.
