WNA Korea case disclosure of fake KITAP users

The immigration PPNS sets GMB which has the investment of property business in Bogor as a suspect of a fake KITAP user by implementing Article 121 letter (b) Act of RI Number 6 of 2011 concerning Immigration with the most severe penalty threats of 5 years of prison and finests of Rp500 million.
