Komnas HAM finds a number of human rights violations during Election 2024

Chairman of Komnas HAM Atnike Nova Sigiro (center), Commissiononer Komnas HAM as well as Chairman of the 2024 Premono Ubaid Tanthowi (right), and Komisoner Komnas HAM Saurlin Siagian (left) submitted a description to the journalists regarding human rights problems during the 2024 Election in Jakarta, Wednesday (21/2/2024). Based on the pantauan of the 2024 elections in 14 provinces, Komnas HAM found a number of human rights violations related to the right of selecting marginal and susceptible groups, the neutrality of state aparaturity, health rights, and the rights of the election officer.
