COLLABORATION

MAGELANG, 21/12 - TRADITIONAL ART PERFORMANCE. Artists who live on the foothill of Mount Merbabu, Magelang, perform a traditional dance called "Kemoro Gunung" during a traditional art performance for the ritual event "Gombak" at the village of Gejayan in Magelang, December 20, 2007. The dance is a collaboration of traditional dances "Rodat", "Soreng", and traditional music "Truntung". The traditional art festival also stages other traditional dances like "Warok Bocah", "Kuda Lumping", and "Ttopeng Ireng", performed by local art groups of villagers who live near the mountain.
