ESDM tukin corruption demands

A number of suspects of the case of alleged corruption of the Ministry of ESDM combined with his legal power following the hearing of the demands in the Tipikor Court, Jakarta, Thursday (29/2/2024). The General Opportunity (JPU) demanded ten people charged by PNS in the Ministry of ESDM with the demands between two to six years of prison, the fineness of Rp300 million, as well as paying the substitute money between Rp355 million to Rp12,4 billion depending on the role and amount of money that is fertilized in the case.
