ESDM tukin corruption

A number of terminations in the case of the corruption of performance allowance (tukin) Ministry of ESDM walked leave the room following the dismissal reading session in the Tipikor Court, Jakarta, Friday (15/3/2024). The judicial assembly ten people were charged by PNS in the Ministry of ESDM with penalties of two to six years of prison, the fine of Rp300 million as well as paying a replacement money between Rp355 million to Rp12,4 billion depending on the role and amount of money that were fertilized in the case.
