ESDM tukin corruption

The case of the alleged corruption of the performance allowance (tukin) Ministry of ESDM which also former Head of the Cavitation Substance and the Author of the Signing of the Pay Command Letter (SPM) Priyo Andi Gularso prepares the hearing of the judgment in the Tipikor Court, Jakarta, Friday (15/3/2024). The judicial assembly of ten people were charged by PNS in the Ministry of ESDM with penalties of two to six years of prison, the fineness of Rp300 million and pays a substitute money between Rp355 million to Rp12,4 billion depending on the role and amount of money that were fertilized in the case.
