Thousands of flooded houses in Demak

People use waste tires in front of the house that flooded in Ketanjung Village, Karanganyar, Demak, Central Java, Sunday (17/3/2024). Local Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) recorded a flood that extends Demak Regency since Wednesday (13/3) to Sunday (17/3) because of the Jratunseluna Irrigation River embankment as well as Wulan River embankment caused thousands of submerged houses and 27.254 KK in 88 villages from 11 affected districts.
