The oldest mosque in Pekalongan City
Visitors observe the details of the mock carving at Jami Aulia Sapuro Mosque, Pekalongan City, Central Java, Saturday (23/3/2024). Jami Aulia Sapuro Mosque which is the oldest mosque in Pekalongan City was estimated to be built in 1625 Masehi (1035 H) by four Demak messengers namely Kiai Maxum, Kiai Sulaiman, Kiai Lukman, and Kiai Kudung with still guarded the building of the mosque's buffer wood until now and other parts of wood that are the remaining development of the Supreme Demak Mosque built on 1479 Masehi.
