Tradition Open Village Kapatcol Papua

Tetua Adat Kampung Kapatcol Yoseph Weutot (three left) along Tokoh Chick Almina Kacili (two right), Petuanan Adat Yohanis Hay (right) and Pendeta Yosaya Hay (left) released the sasi board when Tradition Open Sasi in Irrigation Misool, West Misool District, Raja Ampat District, West Papua Daya, Monday (25/3/2024). Sasi is a tradition of customs in managing sustainable marine resources under the findings where in the process of Open Sasi Women Waifuna Group and Kapatcol community supported by the Nusantara Nature Conservation Foundation (YKAN) can harvest the agreed marine biota, such as the teripang, lobster and lola.
